About the Tour

Your 9-day Italian adventure starts in Rome, where history, culture and cuisine come together, with stays in carefully selected accommodation holding sustainability certification. Designed with a low carbon footprint in mind, the itinerary features walking tours, e-bike experiences and seamless high-speed train journeys between cities so there’s no need to drive and you can simply sit back and relax. Continue to Florence for a guided walking tour and an e-bike ride through the rolling hills of Chianti for lunch and to visit an olive oil mill and an organic winery. Then roll up your sleeves for a hands-on pasta-making class where you’ll learn the secrets of Italian cuisine. Travel on to Bologna to discover the city of porticos on a walking food tour where you will learn about and of course get to taste some of Italy’s gastronomic excellences.
